TOUCH
by Brandon Dominguez
November – December 2026

The idea for TOUCH began with Brandon Dominguez watching his young son discover the world around him. Curious about everything, his son wanted to reach for, grab, and explore whatever caught his attention. Brandon began teaching him the difference between grabbing something and simply touching it. Now, his son points to what interests him and waits to find out if he can touch it. Sometimes he can. Sometimes he can't.

That experience got Brandon thinking about how much we take our sense of touch for granted. The objects we hold, the memories attached to them, and the emotional connections we develop with everyday things.

In TOUCH, Brandon explores those connections through familiar objects, nostalgic imagery, bold colors, and layered patterns. He brings more depth and dimension to his paintings while exploring his own relationship with the objects and memories that matter to him.

The exhibition isn't simply about physically touching artwork. It's about the feelings certain objects bring back, the curiosity they spark, and how something as simple as touch can connect us to the past while creating new memories.

The Back Rooms

There’s always more art in the back.
The Back Rooms at NoName Gallery feature a rotating collection of original work from artists we love. Unlike our main exhibitions, these rooms are constantly changing—new artists come in, new pieces arrive, and sold work makes room for something new.
The focus is on smaller, more accessible original artwork, making The Back Rooms a great place to discover a new artist, start collecting, or find something you didn't know you were looking for.
