This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and create from a place beyond perfection or expectation. Guided by artist and facilitator Ayiana Viviana, participants will explore intuitive journaling and abstract painting as tools for self-connection, reflection, and release.

Through gentle prompts and open-ended creative practices, you’ll be encouraged to follow your inner voice rather than a prescribed outcome. No prior art or writing experience is needed. This space honors curiosity over skill and process over product.

Ayiana facilitates from lived experience, holding a deep belief in the healing and clarifying power of creative expression. This workshop is less about making “good” art and more about allowing something honest to move through you.
