A little bit about the instructor:
Justin is a versatile creative force, weaving his talents as an illustrator, designer, and muralist into a vibrant tapestry of artistry. Drawing inspiration from cartoons, Hip-Hop beats, and the colorful mosaic of pop culture, his style bursts with energy and whimsy, sprinkled with a dash of his love for delicious snacks. An innovator in the realm of street art, Justin etched his mark on Philadelphia's urban landscape circa 2003, pioneering the character sticker street art movement with his iconic creation, EL TORO. His vision transcends mere aesthetic expression; it's a call to action. Justin aspires to ignite the creative flame in one million or more aspiring artists, urging them to pick up a pencil and breathe life into their imaginations. At the heart of Justin's mission lies a profound belief: that we are all artists at our core, born with an innate ability to create. Through his art installations in public spaces, he seeks to kindle that primal spark of creativity within each of us, inviting us to reconnect with the joy of imagining and sharing in the collective beauty of artistic expression.
