A First Friday Worth Writing About

So Chestnut Hill is a quiet neighborhood. We like to rise with the sun and be in the comforts of our own homes when it goes down. For me ... it's the perfect lifestyle. I like early mornings and early evenings, but guess what? Not everyone does.

When I opened the gallery I knew I wanted to give the community at least one night to explore the ave after 5pm and that's how I started First Fridays in Chestnut Hill! Every month was a new exhibition opening on a First Friday! After about a year, I got together with The Business Association & The Goldenberg Group to create Arts & Eats which the businesses and restaurants caught onto quickly.

This past First Friday, November 7th, was one for the books. The gallery was super busy, friends came out and the love I felt was indescribable. It felt like everyone was family. The energy was ELECTRIC and I'm so grateful for being able to create a space to hold all of that goodness.
